The report: the number of dead persons of civilians and the armed opposition during Ramadan.
Prepared by: Syrian Network for Human Rights

Introduction
Ramadan is one of the most sacred months for Muslims around the world. Many called for truces by many parties including Syrian political opposition, but they were rejected by government forces.

The report:
Government forces didn’t care about this blessed month as SNHR recorded the death of 3011 civilians during Ramadan, which are distributed as follows:
First: 1995 civilians including 336 children, and 238 women (government forces killed about 12 children every day) and 186 civilians died due to torture including two children.

Second: 1016 armed opposition elements
In a rate of 104 individuals a day. five Syrian civilians were killed every hour at the hand of government forces.
The killing of this great number of civilians, in particular children and women, is a stark evidence of the constant systematic extrajudicial killing and bombardment.
