1114 Vital Facilities

I- Executive Summary:
During 2015 and through daily documentation, SNHR recorded not less than 1,114 targeted vital facilities, detailed as follows according to the main conflict parties:
A- Government Forces (army, security forces, local militias, and foreign militias) targeted 774 facilities.
B- Russian Forces targeted 119 facilities
C- Extremist Islamic Groups:
i- ISIL targeted 67 facilities
ii- Al Nusra Front targeted 3 facilities
D- Kurdish Self Management Forces targeted 13 facilities
E- International Coalition Forces targeted 15 facilities
F- Unidentified Groups targeted 21 facilities

A- The most significant facilities that were targeted in 2015:
253 infrastructures, 243 medical facilities, 216 places of worship, 202 educational facilities, 140 communal facilities, 25 International Humanitarian Insignia, 23 cultural facilities, 8 refugee camps and 4 diplomatic missions.
