The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing on the case of the citizen Ammar Al Bakkour, from Al Mozara town in Idlib governorate, born in 1980, who was killed in Syrian regime warplanes shelled missiles on Al Dana town in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate on 6 November 2016.
The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the citizen Ammar Al Bakkour, and his family couldn’t submit a complaint as they are in an area controlled by armed opposition factions.
SNHR confirmed its fear of the killing of civilians from the year 2011, and the victims’ numbers are continuously rising.
