The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing of the case of the infant Omar Osama Soways-an infant with special needs-, from Talbisa city in Homs governorate, born in 2014, who was killed in fixed-wing Syrian regime warplanes shelled missiles on Talbisa city, which was under the control of armed opposition factions at the time of the incident, on October 23, 2015.
The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the infant and his family couldn’t submit a complaint as they live in an area which is out of Syrian regime control.
SNHR confirmed its fear of the killing of civilians from the year 2011, and the victims’ numbers are continuously rising.
