The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing of the case of the citizen Mohammad Khair Mayznazi, from Talbisa city in Homs governorate, born in 1979, who was killed in direct shooting by the members of Syrian regime forces at the car he was in, in al Maqbara neighborhood in Talbisa city, which is under the control of Syrian regime forces at the time of the incident, on February 25, 2012.
 
The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the citizen, and his family couldn’t submit a complaint out of fear of security pursuit.
SNHR confirmed its fear of the killing of civilians from the year 2011, and the victims’ numbers are continuously rising.
