The Syrian Network for Human Rights has briefed the UN team concerned with extrajudicial killing of the case of the citizen Khaled Mohammad Asaad from Palmyra city in Homs province, born in 1933, as he was arrested by ISIS in July 23, 2015 from his residence and was beheaded on August 18, 2015 and his body was crucified in Palmyra and asked them to record his case in their records.
ISIS beheaded the victim and crucified in a public place, and his family couldn’t apply any complaint out of fear of pursuit by the security forces.
SNHR assure its fear of the civilians killings operations since 2011, and the number of deaths is still rising.
