The Highest rate of killing under torture in this month and children killing
123 citizens has been tortured to death
3313 citizens were killed , an average of 138 people a day, 6 people an hour, 377 children were killed, an average of 13 children a day , and 176 tortured to death , an average of 6 people a day
SNHR statement for death toll in April 2013:
The Syrian government’s Armed Forces through the daily shelling , rids , massacres and torturing detainees to death , in addition to causalities of armed rebels through clashes killed 3313 citizen included 176 people tortured to death
Among the 3313 citizens : 2330 civilians , 983 Armed rebel
And Among the 2330 civilians SNHR documented :
• 337 children victims with an average of 13 children a day , and the proportion of the children killed to the death toll is 16% ,which is a very high rate and strict evidence that the Syrian Government’s Armed Forces targeting the civilians
• 226 female victims , where the proportion of the women victims is 9% , which is also a very high rate and strict evidence that the Syrian Government’s Armed Forces targeting the civilians
• 176 tortured to death, , an average of 6 people a day tortured to death in official or unofficial detention centers.
