SNHR was informed through its members in Daraa governorate that the international observers convey in Daraa was targeted at approximately 11:44 AM during their mission in monitoring the Syrian regime’s progress in ending military presence in Daraa. The attack took place on the road connecting Kherbat Ghazala town and Daraa city and was carried through an explosive device that was planted in area near the military checkpoint located between Kherbat Ghazala town and Daraa city. SNHR members are still working on finding the facts of the unfortunate incident that will be revealed very soon.
