The SNHR holds the Syrian government the hole responsible about the life of Mr. Khalil ALSAYED in particular , also the SNHR demands the international community to take effective and immediate steps to reveal the fates of thousands of detainees who lose their lives daily and systemically under torture did not know his history counterpart , under regime doesn’t commit with the minimum standards of humanity or moral responsibility towards the various categories of detainee , with the absence of the international humanitarian to take their legal and international responsibility towards the suffering of the prisoners inside the prisons of Syrian government lacks the simplest standards of basic lives.
