The announcement of what was called by Al-Fateh Army “A gathering of armed opposition factions and Al-Nusra Front” liberating the city of Idlib on Saturday, March 28, 2015 was followed by a serious escalation by government forces as they’ve targeted the city and its vital centers, such as markets, and mosques especially, also they’ve targeted some Idlib countryside cities: Sraqb, Srmin, Ma’ara Al-Numan, mainly by their air force, as they rained these areas with barrel bombs and missiles, we also recorded a poison gases use incident.

And before government forces left Idlib they’ve executed 15 detainees by gunshots.
And in less than 2 weeks Idlib province have been shelled with about 47 barrel bomb and no less tha 100 missile, as this shelling happened through about 200 air-raids.
Government forces deliberately targeted many vital centers like the Idlib National Hospital in Idlib city, and the Muhdatheh school and Auto-Bakery in Kfar Tkhareem.
Sunday, March 29, 2015, government forces fired a SSM missile on Idlib city, what led to the death of 17 individuals, including 7 children, and 4 women.
Tuesday, March 31, 2015, government warplanes fired a missile that destroyed a building in Idlib and killed 32 individuals including 13 children and 7 women.
Tuesday, March 31, 2015, government aviation dropped a barrel bomb loaded with chlorine gas on Idlib, leading to 13 individuals suffering from mild suffocation.

According to SNHR victims documentation team; the number of victims from Friday, March 27, 2015, to Friday, April 10, 2015, has reached 236 individuals as follows: 82 armed opposition gunmen, 154 civilians including 54 children and 39 women.
When wide areas become out of government forces control, it become a right for the civilians in this areas to be protected, and the international community must ban the government air force from flying over areas out of its control, as they only fly over it to kill these areas residents and destroy their homes.
