Fadi Soways

The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing on the case of the child Fadi Soways, from Talbisa city in Homs governorate, born on January 29, 2015, who was killed in fixed-wing Syrian regime warplanes shelled missiles on Talbisa city on October 23, 2015.

The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the child, and his family couldn’t submit a complaint as they are in an area controlled by armed opposition factions.
SNHR confirmed its fear of the killing of civilians from the year 2011, and the victims’ numbers are continuously rising.
