Nizar al Sa'eed

The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing on the case of the citizen Nizar al Sa’eed, from Talbisa city in Homs governorate, born in 1984, who died in an indiscriminate shelling of Syrian regime artillery on al Mshajjar al Janoubi neighborhood south of Talbisa city, which is under the control of armed opposition factions on July 24, 2013.

The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the citizen, and his family couldn’t submit a complaint out of fear of security pursuit as they live in an area out of Syrian regime’s control.
SNHR confirm its fears of the killing of civilians from the year 2011, and the victims’ numbers are continuously rising.
