The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing on the case of the child Abdul Kareem Mayznazi, from Talbisa city in Homs governorate, born in 1995, who died when military BMB vehicles, which is affiliated to Syrian regime forces, randomly fired shells on the residential buildings in Talbisa city that is under the control of Syrian regime, as an armed opposition faction attacked one of their checkpoint in the city on February 25, 2012.
The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the child and his family couldn’t submit a complaint out of fear of security pursuit.
SNHR confirmed its fear of the killing of civilians from the year 2011, and the victims’ numbers are continuously rising.
