[Doha: October 5] SNHR was invited by Brookings Doha Center to take part in a concentrated workshop on “Political Transition in Processes of Political Transitions in the Arab World”. The workshop was also widely attended by experts from various Arabic countries, as well as international experts in this field.
The workshop tackled a number of political matters – most notably: issues pertaining to transitions process, return of authoritarianism, forms of justice, the lessons that can be learned in the Arab world, and finding alternative methods going forward.
