The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing on the case of the media activist Osama Khaled al Habali, from al Khalediya neighborhood in Homs city, born in 1988, as his family received information on May 23, 2017, confirming his execution in Sednaya Military Prison which is affiliated to Syrian regime forces after his trial before a field court in March 2015.
The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the citizen, and his family couldn’t submit a complaint out of fear of security pursuit.
