The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing on the case of the citizen Maher Ghazal, from Aleppo city, al Mash-had neighborhood, age 27, who died as Syrian regime missiles launcher fired surface- to surface missile on al Mash-had neighborhood which controlled by armed opposition factions at the time of the incident, on October 24, 2016.

The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the citizen, and his family couldn’t submit a complaint out of fear of security pursuit as they live in an area out of Syrian regime control.
