Jamal Mas’oud Sweis

The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing of the case of the child Jamal Mas’oud Sweis, from Homs governorate, Talbisa city, born in 2004, who was killed as fixed-wing Syrian regime warplanes fired missiles on Talbisa city, which was under the control of armed opposition factions at the time of the incident, on October 23, 2015.

The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the child and his family couldn’t submit a complaint as they live in an area which is out of Syrian regime control.
