The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing on the case of the citizen Sate’ Mohammad Fawzi al Abdullah from Homs governorate, Tadmur city, born in 1970, as his family received information, on February 8, 2018, confirming his death due to torture in Syrian regime detention center through a call from military security branch, in Damascus city, in which victim’s family were informed to come and take the death certificate.
