The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing on the case of the citizen Awwad al Khalaf al Jdie’, from Deir Ez-Zour governorate, Buqrus Foqani village, born in 1942, and died as fixed- wing Syrian regime warplanes fired missiles on Buqrus Foqani village, affiliated to al Mayadeen city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate and controlled by ISIS at the time of the incident, on September 30, 2017.
The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the citizen, and his family couldn’t submit a complaint out of fear of security pursuit.
