The victims’ documenting team documented no less than 78 incident of killing which we were not able name the side responsible for them.
Here, we would like to note that this what we were able to document through network of activists. However, there are dozens of incidents that we were not able to access and document, especially in the cases of massacres, raiding towns and villages, and cutting communication by the Syrian government. The Syrian government prohibits any human rights organization to work on its lands.
