The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations’ extrajudicial killing team of the case of Citizen Issam Hadleh, born in 1976, from Al Farraya neighborhood in Hama governorate, who was identified by his family on June2013 among the leaked photos (that were taken by Caesar and were randomly published) that summoned recording his case.
The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing Mr. Al Hadleh, and his family couldn’t submit a complaint fear of security prosecution.
SNHR confirmed its fear of the killing of civilians from the year 2011, and the victims’ numbers are continuously rising.
