The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing of the case of the infant Shahed Osama Soways, from Talbisa city in Homs governorate, born in 2015, who was killed in fixed-wing Syrian regime warplanes missiles fired on Talbisa city, which was under the control of armed opposition factions at the time of the incident, on October 23, 2015.
The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the infant and her family couldn’t submit a complaint as they live in an area which is out of Syrian regime control.
