Appeal to Deliver Aids to Homs’ Stricken Villages

Homs' Stricken Villages

Violent clashes between Free Syrian army and other armed factions on one side and government forces on the other took place in Sadad village, which is located in southeastern Homs, a few days ago. These clashes caused the siege of more than 3,000 of the residents of town, the conflict parties asked the residents to stay at homes. As a result, the food and medical supplies start to run out.
 
SNHR urges the organizations of the International Community which are concerned with the case, particularly the International Committee of the Red Cross to go to the stricken villages and evacuate and help the civilian there. They also had to press on the conflict parties to allow the evacuation of civilians and delivering food and medical supplies.
