On Saturday 26/10 2013, government warplanes shelled Tal Abyad street which is a crowded market in Raqqa city located in the north of Syria.
 
The report methodology relays on the investigations carried out by SNHR’s team with families and activists in Raqqa governorate. The report contains tow accounts of eyewitnesses in addition to news and pictures received by SNHR through cooperated activists inside the city.
