Mohammad Fahr Shlar

The Syrian Network for Human Rights has briefed the UN team concerned with extrajudicial killing on the case of the citizen Mohammad Fahr Shlar from Homs city in Homs province, born in 1978, and asked them to record his case in their records.

The Syrian authorities did not admit killing Mohammad Fahr Shlar, and his family couldn’t file any complaint out of fear of being pursued by security forces.
SNHR is greatly concerned by the continuous killing of civilians since 2011 as number of deaths is still rising.
