The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations’ extrajudicial killing team of the case of Citizen Amin Al Tahan, born in 1986, from Homs governorate, who was killed government forces sniper as he was on Homs-Hama Road in Homs city, March 21, 2012
The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing Mr. Al Tahan, and hir family couldn’t submit a complaint as they are in an area controlled by armed opposition.
SNHR confirmed its fear of the killing of civilians from the year 2011, and the victims’ numbers are continuously rising.
