The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing on the case of the citizen Obada Ismael Labash Aba Zaid, born in 1985, from Daraa city in Daraa governorate, who died in the Syrian regime forces artillery fired mortar shells on Al Arba’ein neighborhood in Daraa city on March 11, 2016.
The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the citizen and his family couldn’t submit a complaint fear of security prosecution.
SNHR confirmed its fear of the killing of civilians from the year 2011, and the victims’ numbers are continuously rising.
