The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing on the case of the citizen Ahmad Sulayman al Sa’eed, from Talbisa city in Homs governorate, born in 1960, who died on June 18, 2016, from wounds sustained in Syrian regime missiles launcher fired missiles on Talbisa city, that is under the control of armed opposition factions on June 17, 2016.
 
The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the citizen Ahmad al Sa’eed, and his family couldn’t submit a complaint as they live in an area out of Syrian regime control and the victim is a retired employee from a government institute which is affiliated to Syrian regime.
SNHR confirmed its fear of the killing of civilians from the year 2011, and the victims’ numbers are continuously rising.
