Afternoon on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 government forces open fire randomly on unarmed civilians as they were trying to leave Beit Sahem in the south of Damascus.

Details:
The methodology of the report depend on the investigations carried out by SNHR team with activist and eyewitnesses as the report includes the testimony of two eyewitnesses recorded in the report in addition to images and news that SNHR received from activist working with us in the city.
Abu Omar Al Ghoutani a resident in Beit Sahem, witnessed the incident and still alive told SNHR after communicating with him:
“On Wednesday around 12:30 in the afternoon the committee came in and promised us to secure a safe and humanitarian road to leave from the siege imposed on us
