SNHR will be organizing a one-hour sit-in in front of the Syrian Embassy in Amman on the first-year anniversary of the largest massacre in the Syrian revolution which was perpetrated by the Syrian regime using internationally-prohibited chemical weapons. During the sit-in, the largest banner in the history, with a length of 160 meters and a height of 1.5 meters, will be displayed showing 50,000 pictures of victims that were killed by the Syrian regime. We would like to thank our designer Tammer At-Turkani who works at Design and Graphic department for designing the banner and anyone who contributed to this event. Also, our thanks goes to the families of the victims and their relatives who sent us pictures. A special thanks to the Jordanian Committee for the support of the Syrian people and, finally, the Jordanian government that granted us permission for the sit-in.
