On Thursday 21 March 2013, Government forces warplanes carried out indiscriminate airstrikes with no apparent cause given that the warplanes targeted residential buildings, which were filled with civilians, in Tareaq Al Sad and Daraa camp neighborhoods, which are adjacent neighborhoods. The bombing resulted in the killing of a number of women and children.
