Governments forces have been targeting residential neighborhood, which tens of have been destroyed completely. However, since shelling these areas are not killing a large number of people as before,due to the fact that most of these areas’ residents have displaced, Government forces are now targeting vital locations such as schools, mosques, churches, and hospitals. It was noticed by SNHR the frequent and systematic shelling against markets and public gatherings by government forces;what happened in Doma and Kafrbatna in Damascus, Al-Halk neighborhood in Aleppo, and Al-Atareb city in Aleppo countryside are recent examples of this policy.
