The Syrian Network for Human Rights informed the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial killing on the case of the citizen Masoud Soways, from Talbisa city in Homs governorate, born in 1955, who was killed in fixed-wing Syrian regime warplanes shelled missiles on Talbisa city in Homs governorate on October 23, 2015.
The Syrian Authorities didn’t admit to killing the citizen Masoud Soways, and his family couldn’t submit a complaint as they are in an area controlled by armed opposition factions and because the victim is a retired employee at a governmental office affiliated with the Syrian regime.
SNHR confirmed its fear of the killing of civilians from the year 2011, and the victims’ numbers are continuously rising.
