Targeting Al Safsafa neighborhood in Homs January 30, 2012

 Safsafa neighborhood

Government forces shelled Al Safsafa with no warning or any justification and targeted several houses inside the neighborhood killing 4 of the residents and wounding 20 others:
4 of the neighborhood residents were killed:
1. Abdul Hadi Najm / Al Safsafa / January 30, 2012 / Random Shelling
2. Omar Bayrli / Al Safsafa / January 30, 2012 / Random Shelling
3. Baraa Bayrli / Al Safsafa / January 30, 2012 / Random Shelling
4. Mohammad Sahloul / Al Safsafa / January 30, 2012 / Random Shelling
Many of the wounded lost arms or legs due to the shelling many other suffered severe wounds that caused permanent disabilities, in addition to several damaging the houses as 3 houses were completely destroyed, and 2 houses were partially destroyed, also a grocery store was completely destroyed, and at least 5 families were displaced from their homes.
